End User License Agreement

MaxTo's license is written to be as easily read as possible. We've tried to avoid any legalese and unreadable terms as far as we could.

By installing MaxTo on your computer or purchasing MaxTo from this website you agree to the terms of this license.


A license is valid for the number of concurrent users (seats) as ordered for all past, present and future versions of MaxTo.

Your license may be revoked if you use it on more than the allowed total of computers concurrently, or if you have been found to otherwise abusing your license.

Restricted use

You may not use MaxTo on any computer that deals with people's health, including life or death situations. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • clinical use in hospitals
  • use in military control systems
  • use in nuclear control systems

Damage caused by MaxTo

You take full responsibility by installing MaxTo on your computer. MaxTo will interact with all the software running on your machine, and there is no guarantee that nothing will go wrong.

You agree to not hold Digital Creations AS liable for any damages resulting from the use of MaxTo. This includes damages from both known and unknown bugs, and incorrect use of the software.


Digital Creations AS offers a no-questions asked, 60-day refund policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, we don't want your money.
