MaxTo, now for Mac, too!
MaxTo for Mac has every feature from MaxTo for Windows, works with the Shortcuts app, and uses the license you already have.

One of the first feature requests I got when building MaxTo was “Does it work on Mac?” At the time, I had barely touched a Mac, and the answer was an obvious no.
Over the last few years, I have been doing most of my work on a Mac, and I always missed having MaxTo there. There were quite a few alternatives, and by now I think I have tried every window manager for Mac for extended periods of time.
So when MaxTo 3 was finally released, it became quite obvious to me that the Mac version was next. The new feature set in MaxTo 3 was planned so we could build apps that are as similar as possible for both Mac and Windows.
MaxTo for Mac («MacToo»?) has all the same features as MaxTo for Windows:
- Quickly move windows using the resize window.
- Create presets and assign keyboard shortcuts that can be quickly invoked.
- Remember window locations, and have windows automatically open in the same place.
- Keyboard shortcuts to recall the position of a window, or of all windows, or to fit a window to the grid.
I’ve also added one Mac-only feature: deep integration with the Mac’s Shortcuts app. Anything available with a keyboard shortcut can be used in Shortcuts.
You can use MaxTo for Mac with the same license as you do for Windows. Licenses work the same way there as they do on Windows.
I hope you enjoy MaxTo for Mac as much as I do! Download MaxTo for Mac and try it free for 14 days.
