  2. 2 Allow Accessibility access.macOS asks the first time MaxTo starts. Turn MaxTo on under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility; it can't move windows without it.
  3. 3 Try it for 14 days.Everything works during the trial. MaxTo lives in the menu bar, so look for its icon at the top of the screen.
Already have a MaxTo license? The same license key works on Mac and Windows. A Mac managed by your organization (enrolled in MDM or bound to Active Directory) needs a Business license.
