By purchasing MaxTo from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Parties

MaxTo is developed and licensed by Domi.no AS. Purchases made through this website are processed by Paddle as merchant of record on behalf of Domi.no AS. The agreement to use MaxTo is between you and Domi.no AS; the agreement to pay is between you and Paddle.

License terms

You agree to the terms in the end-user license agreement.

Delivery

MaxTo's software license key is delivered immediately upon completion of purchase. The license key is shown on your receipt page and emailed to you.

Refunds

Domi.no AS offers a no-questions-asked, 60-day refund policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, we don't want your money. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.

Warranties

No warranties are made. You can completely test MaxTo before your purchase to determine if it is the right product for you.

Liability

You agree to not hold Domi.no AS liable for any direct or indirect monetary damages or loss of profits from the use of this product.

Governing law

All disputes will be governed by Norwegian law. The governing jurisdiction will be Nordhordland Tingrett. You agree that any claim raised will be raised in this jurisdiction.
